You're reading this because you were looking to purchase something at your ASCEND location and we didn't have in the shop. If you're looking to submit an Order Request for that item(s), you've come to the right place!
Here are a few things to keep in mind, and then you can fill out the form below to initiate a Customer Order Request.
ASCEND offers 2 different types of Customer Order Requests, Special Orders and Product Holds. These are similar but have a few differences that are important to highlight.
Special Order - You're looking for a specific product and ASCEND doesn't seem to carry this item in stores as part of their inventory. We might be able to order that item for you (some restrictions apply)
Product Hold - You were shopping at ASCEND and almost found what you were looking for but we didn't have your size, color, etc. because the item was sold out. We'd still like to get you what you're looking for, and make up for the inconvenience (some restrictions apply)
Please fill out the form below, your request will go to our managers at your selected location. If we can locate your product at another location the manager will contact you about getting that held and transferred for you.
Otherwise you can expect an email from our Retail Department with additional information relating to your request, such as availability, pricing, and next steps for completing your order.
