Shoulder Mobility for Climbing
Join us for a resistance training class focused on shoulder mobility for climbing, featuring mobility training and coaching, anatomy and function education, and on and off the wall coaching.
This class will feature:
15 minute warm up
45 minutes of shoulder mobility training/education where attendees will learn very basic shoulder anatomy and functions
45 minutes of on the wall climbing focused training
15 minutes of stretching and cool down
