Upcoming Fitness Workshop

Shoulder Mobility for Climbing

Join us for a resistance training class focused on shoulder mobility for climbing, featuring mobility training and coaching, anatomy and function education, and on and off the wall coaching.

This class will feature:

  • 15 minute warm up

  • 45 minutes of shoulder mobility training/education where attendees will learn very basic shoulder anatomy and functions

  • 45 minutes of on the wall climbing focused training

  • 15 minutes of stretching and cool down
