ASCEND Acro Fest is a weekend dedicated to the acrobatic arts of Acro Yoga. Each day starts with workshops featuring in-depth instruction from experienced coaches. Whether you are a beginner or highly experienced, you'll find a workshop that's just right for you.

Both afternoons will see our community gathering outdoors at our local Westinghouse Park for a FREE jam. Acro Yoga practitioners of all levels will spend a few hours making connections, sharing skills, and enjoying a vibrant community.

It will be a great weekend focusing on the acro arts! Hope to see you there!
