The winter season invites us to turn our attention inward and practice slowing down. This workshop will consist of a yin yoga practice honoring the solstice; a turning point in the year. We will move slowly and use stillness to make space in the body and soothe the mind, allowing you to delve deep into relaxation.

Class will end with a bespoke yoga nidra meditation, sometimes referred to as a 'yogic sleep', intended to let you drift off to a still, soothing place.

Learn how to release tension in your fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, bones, and nerves – with self massage, using tennis balls and other yoga props.

No prior yoga experience needed. We’ll work from head to toe – literally – learning how to target areas of tension, including the upper back and shoulders, hips and lower back, and the hands and feet. Don't miss this opportunity to learn a new way to restore balance in the body.
