Bodyweight Strength + Mobility
Build strength and enhance mobility using just your body, no weights needed!
This instructor led class is designed to improve functional movement. Set in the yoga space with an energizing playlist, you'll engage in full-body strength work, dynamic mobility drills and a refreshing cool down. Expect to sweat and move with intention. Barefoot recommended.
Boot Camp
High intensity, instructor led, small group classes designed to provide a great workout no matter your fitness level.
Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is a trainer-led class designed to improve your climbing, strength, mobility and stamina to supplement all your fitness endeavors. Expect a two part warm up, a strength/skill segment and conditioning through the use of bodyweight movements and free weights.
Off The Wall Fitness
Train off the wall to improve your climbing on the wall! This 45 minute class will combine traditional fitness with fun and creative exercises to enhance your climbing strength and skill. General class content will look like:
A cardio warm up to get the blood flowing
A focused weekly "off the wall" exercise(s) that you can add to your personal workouts. Exercises will focus on topics such as:
Effective footwork
Ideal hip positioning
Utilizing legs for power
Breathwork to focus intention and energy
Hangboarding for finger strength
Balance for climbing
Core strengthening

Upbeat Fitness
Upbeat Fitness is a trainer-led motivational fitness class designed to energize participants with an aerobic full-body workout and stretch set to upbeat tunes with a variety of themes each week. Elevate your heartrate and feel refreshed while building strength and mobility. Expect a warm up, strength/skill segment and conditioning through the use of bodyweight movements and free weights.
