ASCEND Earth Week 2021
Earth Day & Arbor Day are swiftly approaching and ASCEND Climbing is excited to celebrate our blooming outdoor scene in Pittsburgh and Youngstown!
As part of ASCEND’s commitment to the community and to strengthen the connection between our members and the environment we are planning earth week activities from April 18th to April 25th. This week will include outdoor meet ups with education on the impact outdoor recreation has on the environment, scavenger climbs for the kiddos, Cosmic Climbing, neighborhood clean ups, community conversations about social justice environmentalism, local business giveaways, and an Earth + Arbor Day Celebration!

PLANT AND FLOWER SALE (YT)-Add some greenery to your life! Plants donated by Tabor Landscaping and Gardening. Proceeds benefit Ohio Climbers Coalition.

If you are interested in helping to make ASCEND Youngstown's local bouldering area cleaner and more sustainable, please come out on Saturday, April 24th from 10am-1pm. Meet at the Bears Den parking area off New Cross Road in Mill Creek Park. Making the world a better place through climbing is what we love most!
