Personal Training at ASCEND includes fitness training, climbing coaching, private yoga instruction, and nutrition services. All serviced are available to both adults and youth athletes, and are offered as 1-on-1 or small group (up to four people) packages.

Whether you’re looking to build functional strength or increase your overall mobility for daily life, our trainers design programs tailored specifically to your body and goals. By focusing on proper form and sustainable progress, we help you build the physical foundation needed for your next big adventure.

Certified Nutrition Consultations and Coaching

Meet with Faith Burke (Virtual or In-Person), our certified nutrition coach (CNC)*, who offers practical, evidence-based guidance designed to support your training, performance, and everyday life. Whether your goal is building strength, improving body composition, enhancing athletic performance, or creating sustainable habits, we meet you where you are with personalized strategies that work. Sessions are available virtually or in person and focus on education, accountability, and long-term success—no restrictive plans or fads, just realistic nutrition you can maintain.

*CNC’s cannot provide prescriptive meal plans or the medical services of a dietician.

  • One-Time Nutrition Consult: A 60-minute session focused on goal setting, nutrition assessment, and actionable recommendations you can apply immediately.

  • Ongoing Nutrition Coaching: For clients seeking highly personalized, continued support, progress tracking, and habit development. Sessions are scheduled regularly between the client and coach to adapt strategies to evolving client needs and support.

Private

Yoga Instruction

Private yoga offers a personalized space to deepen your practice, whether you’re a total beginner or looking to master advanced poses. Private instruction allows your teacher to tailor every pose to your specific flexibility and recovery needs, helping you reduce stress and improve the mind-body connection essential for both fitness and life.

Climbing

Private Coaching

Elevate your technique and mental game with dedicated coaching designed to turn your projects into sends. Our coaches analyze your movement patterns and technical gaps to provide detailed feedback, giving you the specific tools and confidence needed to climb harder, smarter, and more efficiently. We will help you break through plateaus needed to achieve your climbing goals.

Youth

Athlete Training

Most of the above services can also be tailored to youth athletes. We ensure that all youth-facing trainers are adequately cleared and trained on how to work with children. Please let us know on the intake form if you're seeking personal training services for someone under 18.

Small Group Training

Training with friends or partners can be a great way to keep the motivation high and pursue shared goals, while also bringing the per person cost down. We welcome groups up to four people.

  • All 2, 3, and 4 person personal training packages are purchased by one individual who will be responsible for payment, communication with trainer, and group coordination.

  • All individuals in the group need to be declared at the time of purchase and cannot be changed until package is complete. However, we will permit a change in case of injury or unexpected situation where a substitute is necessary.

  • We will not issue a make up session if one more people from your group do not make a scheduled session. If everyone can't make and the group lead decides to still hold a session, it will count as a session and will be deducted from your group's remaining hours.
