ASCEND To Go

ASCEND To Go offers virtual fitness, yoga, climbing classes, rope skills tutorials, club hangouts, and more! For those who prefer to be held accountable we are offering virtual personal training, as well as live feeds and pre-recorded classes that are scheduled in the calendar below. For those who like to get active on their own terms, check out our YouTube channel for a growing list of workouts, classes, and tutorials.

Live Yoga Classes: Streaming live on Facebook - Join the group!

Virtual Personal Training: Work with one of our personal trainers one-on-one from the comfort of your home and on your schedule. Trainers will chat with you virtually to discuss your goals, and will then design a 4-week training program for you to follow. Trainers will also schedule virtual sessions to coach you through the moves, answer questions, and provide support.

Also, be sure to check in often to the ASCEND Blog for some inspiring and occasionally weird stuff. We've got some newfound time on our hands and promise to create the content that you deserve!
